I have been a member of the YAG since its creation, contributing for over a year. I joined the project because I wanted to be directly involved in shaping research around services that are already in place or being developed for young people, and to help ensure that these services accurately reflect their needs and lived realities. Having gone through my own challenges with mental health during adolescence, I care deeply about making sure young people feel seen and heard in how these systems are designed.
