Mariann Märtsin is Associate Professor at Tallinn University and Research Fellow at Peaasjad MTÜ. She earned her PhD from the University of Bath in 2009, following degrees from Tallinn University. Her research focuses on life-course transitions, identity development, family relationships, and parenting. She has extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative methods and has led national and international projects. In YOUTHReach she is the Principal Investigator for the YEAH study in Estonia. Alongside her academic work, she practices as a psychologist and family therapist, enriching her approach in youth mental health research with clinical insight.
