I am Manager of the Project Management & Science Communication department at Catalyze, where I lead a team of eight experts. With over five years of experience in managing large-scale public-private partnerships, including IHI, Horizon Europe RIA/IA and other EU-funded projects, I have extensive experience in coordinating complex European projects and supporting their successful implementation.
I support the YOUTHreach project through project management and coordination activities. In close collaboration with the management team and work package leaders, I monitor project progress, help ensure implementation remains aligned with the objectives set out in the proposal, and coordinate reporting to the European Commission.
Through this role, I help ensure that YOUTHreach achieves its planned impact and delivers meaningful results.
