PhD candidate in Politics and International Relations, digital mental health researcher, and youth engagement specialist with over a decade of experience in participatory practice, mental health advocacy, and policy influence. On the Youth Reach project, contributing lived experience of mental illness, academic expertise on digital technologies in young adult mental health, and professional insight into youth participation. Work has informed UK and European policy through collaborations with organisations including the World Health Organisation (Europe), Healthwatch England, and King’s College London.
