Jeff leads Jigsaw’s research and evaluation strategy, guiding evidence generation, research and evaluation in Ireland’s National Centre for Youth Mental Health. He has nearly twenty years’ experience in research, evaluation, and service delivery, and has helped shape Jigsaw’s model since its inception.
Jeff leads national and international research projects, including work packages on the the Horizon Europe-funded EQUICARES study. His research interests include implementation science and youth mental health outcomes. He holds a PhD focused on the mental health and resilience and childhood abuse. He was appointed in 2024 to Ireland’s National Research Ethics Committee for Clinical Trials.
