How's YOUTHreach organised?

The YOUTHreach project is organised into 12 Work Packages (WP), grouped into three major stages: Design, Implementation, and Impact & Exploitation.

Design | WP1 - WP4

This phase focuses on planning and preparation for the project. We will set up a structure to involve and engage different stakeholder groups in the study.

The clinical study design for the 3 youth mental health interventions will be created following the medical ethical guidelines in each country.

We will prepare and manage data using the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles. A secure platform for data sharing will be created and tested. And we will organise different outreach activities to ensures clear communication with our audience.

Implementation | WP5 - WP8

In this stage the actual research takes place across 7 European countries and Australia. We will compare previous experience of the mental health interventions and collect new data that will be relevant for future research.

We will involve the different stakeholder groups and conduct workshops and interviews to gather feedback. Collaborations with other European mental health projects will be important as well.

Impact | WP9 - WP12

This phase focuses on our results and sharing knowledge. We will analyse the clinical and cost effectiveness of the interventions and assess the impact on youth mental health.

Best practices, training materials and guidelines for different audiences (including recommendations for implementing interventions) will be shared.

Innovative AI tools for analysing mental health data will be demonstrated. In the end we will summarize our findings and promote the use of mental health solutions across Europe.
