Poster presentation on the SELFIE intervention, CIMH retreat, Mannheim

Anna Kessler, PhD student at the Department of Public Mental Health and psychotherapist in training at the Central Institute of Mental Health (CIMH) in Mannheim, Germany, presented a poster on the SELFIE intervention at the CIMH retreat in Mannheim.

SELFIE is a transdiagnostic, blended ecological momentary intervention aimed at improving self-esteem and mental health among young people aged 14–25 who have experienced childhood adversity. The intervention combines app-based training with face-to-face support to provide accessible, youth-friendly mental health care.

Within the YOUTHreach consortium, we are currently investigating the effectiveness and public mental health impact of SELFIE through a hybrid effectiveness–implementation trial conducted across six European countries.

The poster presented at the retreat is available in the Resources section of our website, where you can find more materials and information about our research activities.
