Anna Kessler is a PhD student at the Department of Public Mental Health and a psychotherapist in training at the Central Institute of Mental Health in Mannheim, Germany. Her research interests lie in the implementation of ecological momentary interventions (EMI) in mental disorder prevention and mental health care using ecological momentary assessment (EMA).
Building on her clinical experience, she is looking forward to contributing to the design, development and evaluation phase of YOUTHreach, particularly focusing on implementing and assessing a transdiagnostic ecological intervention aimed at strengthening self-esteem among youth exposed to childhood adversity.
